Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years in event marketing, trade shows, conferences, or corporate events.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal events from concept to post-event reporting.
• Coordinate logistics: registration, housing, transportation, food & beverage, AV, shipping, signage, on-site staffing.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines; ensure events align with goals and budgets.
• Manage on-site events and serve as primary contact during events.
• Collaborate with venues, vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver branding and attendee communications.
• Track metrics (attendance, leads, engagement, ROI) and report post-event results.
