Job summary

IOC Caruthersville LLC in Caruthersville, MO, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Supervisor and Director of Marketing Operations in executing the property’s marketing plan and daily operations.

You will handle guest relations during events, deploy promotions, manage materials, assist with contests, coordinate event activations with the player’s club and agencies, and help upload photo galleries for social media.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Outgoing and able to interact with all types of people.
• Flexible work schedule: Monday–Friday office hours plus weekday events, many nights and weekends.
• 1–3 years promotions experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service during events and promotions.
• Deploy and coordinate contests, including materials, setup, décor, and prize selection.
• Manage promotional materials and signage for events.
• Assist event staff with setup, clignment of rules, and prize distribution.
