In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and achieves its marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that resonate with our target audience.

• Plan and coordinate marketing events from conception through execution, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering arrangements, and equipment setup
• Develop and maintain event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote events through multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event attendees to ensure clear expectations and seamless coordination
• Organize event materials, including promotional collateral, signage, and branded merchandise
• Collect and analyze event metrics and attendee feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and documentation to ensure nothing is overlooked
