Mid Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Specialists is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead and grow an in-person events team across the Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia regions. You will recruit and mentor demonstrators, book shows, and drive lead generation and sales at promotional booths.

The role requires weekend availability, strong customer-facing communication, and reliable travel. Compensation includes base salary with commissions and demo bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

Events Marketing Manager

Mid Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Specialists is seeking a rockstar team leader ready to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and team of demonstrators in promoting our industry-leading home improvement brand in-person at shows and events in the Maryland, Delaware and Virginia Areas.

You and your team of demonstrators will be responsible for generating new prospective customers through marketing and selling our products and services in promotional booths at the area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!

As an Events Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in.
• Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths.
• Recruit, hire, train,mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators who work alongside you.
• Help ensure these promotional booths are set up beautifully at and removed from these shows & events.
• Plan, coordinate,and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team.
• Weekly maintain, track, and report your department’s productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved.
• Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments.

Requirements

• Team Management & Leadership experience
• Customer Service or Business-to-Customer Marketing experience
• Recruiting & Hiring experience as this will be a regular focus
• Great interpersonal skills: You must want to talk with new people and customers, and be decent at it!
• Valid Driver’s License & Your Own Reliable Vehicle (Non-commute work travel reimbursed!)
• Ability to stand for extended hours while engaging customers at event booths.
• At least basic computer literacy for administrative and reporting duties.
• Must want to work every weekend.

Helpful Skills

• Promotional marketing experience at events is a big plus.

Compensation: $800-$1,200/Week Base Salary, PLUSCommission and Demo Bonuseson appointments and sales from marketing at events!
