Job summary

Mid Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Specialists is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead a team of demonstrators and drive our in-person promotions at shows and events across Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.

You will find and book weekend events, recruit and train staff, set up booths, generate leads, and report productivity and budgets to leadership.

The role offers a base salary of $800–$1,200 per week plus commissions, with travel reimbursements for non-commute work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing an events marketing team.
• Customer service or B2C marketing experience.
• Proven recruiting and hiring experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and people skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; travel to events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods at booths.
• Basic computer literacy for admin tasks and reporting.
• Willingness to work every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in.
• Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators who work alongside you.
• Help ensure these promotional booths are set up beautifully at and removed from these shows & events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team.
• Weekly maintain, track, and report your department’s productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved.
• Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments.

Events Marketing Manager

Mid Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Specialists is seeking a rockstar team leader ready to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and team of demonstrators in promoting our industry-leading home improvement brand in-person at shows and events in the Maryland, Delaware and Virginia Areas.

You and your team of demonstrators will be responsible for generating new prospective customers through marketing and selling our products and services in promotional booths at the area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!

As an Events Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in.

Requirements

• Customer Service or Business-to-Customer Marketing experience
• Recruiting & Hiring experience as this will be a regular focus
• Great interpersonal skills: You must want to talk with new people and customers, and be decent at it!
• Valid Driver’s License & Your Own Reliable Vehicle (Non-commute work travel reimbursed!)
• Ability to stand for extended hours while engaging customers at event booths.
• At least basic computer literacy for administrative and reporting duties.
• Must want to work every weekend.

Helpful Skills

• Promotional marketing experience at events is a big plus.
