Position Description

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Events Coordinator to join the Data, Power & Control Division in Canonsburg, PA. The coordinator will assist in planning and managing projects related to trade shows, webinars, and customer events, including tracking expenses, managing product displays, and coordinating event communications.

What Will You Do?

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events to build the Legrand brand and generate leads.
  • Oversee vendors and logistics for trade shows, including shipping, booth setup, and equipment.
  • Manage event-related shipments, inventory, and collateral production.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for event planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Track expenses, analyze ROI, and prepare post-event reports.
  • Ensure consistent corporate branding across all events.
  • Support additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in event management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
