TalentoHC is partnering with a luxury brand to hire an enthusiastic Marketing & Events Coordinator in Coral Gables, FL. This entry-level role offers exposure to planning, activations, and luxury brand experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support the marketing team with event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up, while developing skills in brand partnerships, gifting, and promotional items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience; relevant internships are welcomed.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing events, activations, and VIP experiences.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, guest lists, invitations, catering, and event logistics.
• Support event setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Assist with marketing materials, gifting, signage, and promotional items.
• Maintain event calendars, timelines, budgets, and vendor information.
• Support social media, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
