Job Purpose

As a Marketing & Enrollment Registrar, you will be responsible for acquiring and enrolling new students, retaining and engaging existing families, and building advocates who can become ambassadors of the school. The ultimate goal is to meet yearly enrollment targets and ensure the school is fully enrolled in its programmatic capacity.
How You Will Impact Education
Instruction/Education Responsibilities
- Builds awareness of the school by effectively communicating CSUSA's and the school's mission, vision, and identity to families, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with school leadership to refine the school's identity and improve outreach strategies.
- Develops and updates the school's marketing plan in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring activities are relevant and within budget.
- Works with marketing teams to design paid digital advertising efforts, providing necessary content and data.
- Participates in community outreach events to increase school awareness and lead volume, which may require outside-of-hours work.
- Identifies community partners to enhance the school's reputation and enrollment.
- Creates and orders promotional assets within the marketing budget.
- Works with media and PR agencies to promote school events and achievements.
Family Engagement and Enrollment
- Shares school stories and testimonials to build credibility and engage families; writes posts for website and social media.
- Develops strategies to promote the school to prospective families and build existing parent advocates.
- Uses CRM tools to generate and convert family interest into enrollment and loyalty.
- Coordinates school events like open houses, tours, and registration nights.
- Follows up promptly with interested families via multiple communication channels.
Application & Registration Management
- Implements enrollment strategies to increase application volume.
- Manages application processes and student registration in compliance with policies.
- Follows up with applicants to ensure proper documentation and understanding of procedures.
- Enters and verifies student data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in systems.
- Coordinates with staff to gather and share necessary student records.
Retention, Advocacy, and Data Management
- Manages withdrawal processes and addresses family satisfaction issues to reduce attrition.
- Monitors withdrawal trends and collaborates on retention strategies.
- Captures testimonials and identifies ambassadors to promote advocacy.
- Ensures data accuracy and security across systems, maintaining confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepares reports and provides updates on enrollment and marketing activities.
- Cross-trains team members for critical functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and CRM tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SIS, and other relevant systems.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Previous experience in school enrollment or registration is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after hours and weekends.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent experience; higher education preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or education environment is desirable.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to pass background checks and provide references.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Typical office environment. Light physical activity, travel as needed. Exempt from overtime under FLSA.
