Jani-King International, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Engagement Specialist to blend sales and marketing in a full-time, on-site role in Pittsburgh. You will meet decision-makers, book meetings, and feed insights from the field back to the Marketing team to shape campaigns.

You’ll own routes across Pittsburgh’s core districts, engage through events and outreach, and collaborate with marketing to drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

This full-time Marketing Engagement Specialist opening is built for someone who wants real experience on both sides of the business, sales and marketing, without picking just one. You'll spend your days opening doors face-to-face, representing our brand at local events around Pittsburgh, and feeding what you learn in the field straight back to our Marketing team.

The Marketing Engagement Specialist keeps our pipeline full and our brand visible, introducing Jani-King to new business prospects through in-person visits, local events, and steady outreach, while also feeding real field insight back to our Marketing team. You're the bridge between a first conversation and a closed deal, and between a name on a list and a face in the community.

• High-Volume Prospecting: Turn a cold knock, a call, or a quick introduction into a real conversation, and eventually a booked meeting. We'll hand you proven scripts and real training to get there.
• Engage Decision-Makers: Introduce Jani-King's services, ask the right questions, and figure out fast whether there's a fit.
• Territory Management: Own your routes across Pittsburgh's core business districts, from Downtown and Oakland to the Strip District, South Side, and North Shore, plus growing markets like Robinson Township and Cranberry, and know them better than anyone else on the team.
• Marketing Collaboration: Team up with our Marketing team on messaging and campaigns, and watch the insight you bring back from the field actually shape what goes out next.
