Job summary

Alliant is seeking an Enablement and Business Development Specialist to provide operational support for growth initiatives, coordinate trainings and campaigns, and analyze production trends to identify opportunities for agents and agencies.

The role involves collaboration with contracting, licensing, marketing, compliance, operations, and technology to ensure seamless enablement and improved agent experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) or more years experience in Medicare sales, insurance marketing, account management, sales support, business development, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Supports Enablement Consultants and leadership in executing business development strategies to grow agents and agencies.
• Coordinates enablement activities, webinars, trainings, events, and campaigns to engage existing agents and agencies.
• Maintains CRM systems, agent records, and tracking tools for accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
