Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an Enablement Operations professional to coordinate business development initiatives and support growth across existing agents and agencies. You will work with Enablement Consultants and internal teams to optimize contracting, licensing, and carrier processes while improving communications and training resources.

Ideal candidates bring Medicare sales or insurance marketing expertise, strong CRM skills, and a proven track record in driving productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3+ years in Medicare sales, insurance marketing, account management, or sales support
• Life/Health Insurance license
• Proven success supporting business development initiatives

Responsibilities

• Supports Enablement Consultants and leadership in executing business development strategies
• Coordinates enablement activities, communications, webinars, training sessions, and campaigns
• Assists with identifying business development opportunities through data analysis
• Maintains CRM systems, agent records, and reporting tools
• Partners with Contracting, Licensing, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
• Acts as liaison between enablement and operations to resolve contracting and commissions issues
• Develops and distributes business development communications and training resources
• Coordinates timelines and follow-up activities for enablement initiatives
• Identifies opportunities to improve enablement processes and agent experience
