Job summary

Beer Marketing (cbrands) seeks a Marketing Enablement Manager in Chicago to lead cross-functional processes spanning commercial planning, budget governance, and team enablement for a 100-person marketing organization behind iconic brands.

You will partner with Brand Marketing, Activation, Sales Enablement, Finance, IT and Strategy to reduce friction, implement learning programs, manage risk, and drive measurable improvements in performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, enablement, or related roles.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-commercial strategic projects such as Local Market Strategy.
• Own end-to-end Commercial Collaboration process from kickoff to CAP.
• Develop and manage integrated commercial planning calendar.
• Build onboarding and learning guides and coordinate training initiatives.
• Lead monthly Risk Committee process and risk governance activities.
