• 1 year of experience in marketing coordination.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt processes.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional grammar, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for marketing requests and distribute tasks.
• Coordinate product lifecycle elements for launches and discontinuations.
• Execute marketing campaigns and distribute assets with partners.
• Own the digital marketing calendar and manage social media, email, and ads.
• Expand brand presence through influencer partnerships and PR within budget.
• Organize and distribute branded inventory.
• Coordinate open houses and tradeshows, and buying group opportunities.
• Assist with lead capture, organization, and sales follow-up.
• Support marketing analytics and reporting.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with global teams across departments.
• Track project status using the PM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
