Responsibilities

• The first point of contact for marketing requests: Intake, clarify, and distribute tasks across the marketing team.
• Product lifecycle project coordination: Organize all marketing elements needed for successful product launches and discontinuations.
• Marketing campaign and promotion execution: Distribute campaign assets to internal and external partners according to the marketing calendar.
• Digital marketing execution: Own the digital marketing calendar and plan, create, and execute social media, email marketing, and advertising.
• Public relations: Expand brand presence through influencer management, strategic partnerships, and new opportunities within budget.
• Organize, maintain, and distribute branded promotional inventory.
• Coordinate buying group marketing opportunities.
• Assist with lead capture, organization, and sales follow-up.
• Assist with marketing campaign analytics and reporting.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across communication platforms.
• Collaborate with global headquarters, leadership, sales, operations, and customer service.
• Track project status using the project management system.
