Job summary

Feld Entertainment is seeking a dedicated eCommerce Coordinator to work with the eCommerce Manager in planning and executing consumer products across our platforms. The role supports day-to-day eCommerce sales and business functions to drive online growth.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, experience with Shopify or ecommerce marketing, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in a comparable position.
• Shopify or ecommerce marketing experience preferred.
• Social media marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail important for writing/editing content posting to live site.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a team player.
• Strong time management, organizational and negotiating abilities.
• Creative and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of all consumer product across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Develop and expand presence, exposure, and growth of online business.
• Manage administrative eCommerce functions to support and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with manager to create, develop, and implement new business initiatives for sales/marketing of consumer products.
• Communicate with internal teams and partners to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage and implement eCommerce sales reports.
