Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated and field marketing across North America for Development Cloud, partnering with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to build brand, generate pipeline, and accelerate engagement.

You will own the NA marketing strategy, plan multi-channel programs, and collaborate with global teams to ensure measurable business impact while strengthening leadership in drug development and regulatory domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in integrated/field marketing leadership.
• Experience leading global and regional multi-channel programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.
• Analytical, data-driven with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated marketing strategy for Development Cloud across North America.
• Partner with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline.
• Lead planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns including digital, ABM, events, webinars, and advocacy.
• Develop annual integrated marketing plans with Europe team for global/regional alignment.
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen customer engagement through programs and events.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing, product marketing, digital, and regional teams for consistent execution.
• Measure performance, optimize programs, and improve awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
• Lead multiple initiatives, manage priorities, and deliver on time.
