Veeva Systems is seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated and field marketing across North America for Development Cloud, our platform for clinical, regulatory, and safety.

You will partner with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate pipeline, accelerate customer engagement, and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in integrated/field marketing or go-to-market roles within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
• Experience leading multi-channel marketing programs across global and regional teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders across product, sales, strategy, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs and optimize performance using data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated marketing strategy for Development Cloud across North America, aligning initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, events, executive programs, webinars, customer advocacy, and sales enablement.
• Partner with sales to strengthen customer engagement through executive programs, events, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, digital, and regional teams for coordinated execution and consistent customer experiences.
• Measure performance and optimize programs to improve awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
