Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership in health/fitness franchises.
• Experience managing multi-brand shared marketing services across a franchise model.
• Proven success with local marketing and grassroots initiatives in a franchise model.
• Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unified marketing strategies for the entire portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and addressing brand needs (Lindora, E20, etc.).
• Provide centralized marketing support to studio locations and franchise owners, acting as a strategic partner to drive local performance.
• Lead development and management of the marketing co-op fund for regional initiatives.
• Oversee digital channels and analytics to measure ROI across brands.
• Design local marketing playbooks and training for studio managers and franchisees.
