The Blanchard Institute is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy and hands‑on execution for a growing behavioral health organization. You will drive digital growth, optimize paid search and SEO, analyze data, and connect marketing to qualified inquiries and admissions.

You will partner with Clinical leadership and Operations to expand programs and markets, maintain ethical healthcare marketing standards, and build scalable marketing systems for sustainable growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with hands‑on Google Ads, SEO, analytics and budgets.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate marketing activity into inquiries and admissions while building scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own digital growth strategy: paid search, SEO, website performance and conversion optimization.
• Lead marketing analytics and attribution to connect investment to qualified inquiries and admissions.
• Develop an integrated marketing strategy across digital, content, brand, social and channels.
• Set brand positioning, creative direction and marketing support for programs, locations and expansion.
• Manage partnerships, PR and organizational visibility; oversee vendors and budgets.
• Build systems, test ideas and continuously improve performance.
