The Blanchard Institute is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy and hands‑on execution for a growing behavioral health organization. You will drive digital growth, optimize paid search and SEO, analyze data, and connect marketing to qualified inquiries and admissions.
You will partner with Clinical leadership and Operations to expand programs and markets, maintain ethical healthcare marketing standards, and build scalable marketing systems for sustainable growth.
The Blanchard Institute is a family-centered behavioral health treatment center, specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. We are committed to delivering clinically sophisticated, evidence-based care while integrating the family system into the healing process. With a focus on whole-person wellness, same-day access to care, and long-term recovery outcomes, our work is rooted in compassion, integrity, and measurable impact for the individuals and families we serve.
We are looking for a Director of Marketing who loves both strategy and execution and has a desire to help build a marketing function for a growing behavioral healthcare organization. You are an experienced hands‑on marketing professional who can think strategically, get into the data, optimize a Google Ads campaign, understand why a landing page isn’t converting, improve search visibility, strengthen our brand – and connect all of it to the people ultimately seeking care.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Admissions, Clinical leadership and organizational leaders to translate marketing activity into qualified inquiries, admissions and sustainable growth.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional with 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including meaningful hands‑on experience with Google Ads, SEO, digital analytics, and marketing budgets. Healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment experience is strongly preferred.
You bring strong analytical and communication skills, sound business judgment, and enough technical depth to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
You don’t need to be the world’s leading expert in every marketing discipline.
You do need to know how the pieces fit together — and be willing to get into the work. Most importantly, you should be someone who likes to build.
We’re growing, entering new markets, and continuing to strengthen how we connect individuals and families with high‑quality behavioral healthcare. This is an opportunity to help build the marketing capabilities, systems, and infrastructure that can grow with us.
