LeadsOnline seeks a Director of Marketing to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. In Plano, TX, you will lead a team across content, digital, and campaigns, partnering with Sales and Product to align messaging and optimize multi-channel programs.

You'll own budget, mentor marketing managers, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Experience with SaaS/HaaS & law enforcement verticals.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with goals.
• Lead a team of marketing managers and specialists across channels.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events, paid media).
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing for alignment and messaging.
• Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance to optimize spend.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
