Job summary

Login VSI, a Boston-based SaaS company, is seeking an experienced hands-on marketing leader to oversee the established marketing function and drive operational excellence. You will lead a lean team and ensure every marketing dollar contributes to pipeline and revenue, reporting to the CRO while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Finance.

This on-site role requires a strategic mindset, budgeting acumen, and a passion for developing people and setting direction to scale a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
• Strong product marketing and demand generation experience.
• Experience marketing technical products to IT and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business ROI.
• Hands-on, data-driven with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns across Hydra and Login VSI portfolio.
• Own Hydra go-to-market including messaging, launches, and ROI content.
• Activate Microsoft ecosystem with programs for sellers, partners, MSPs, and customers.
• Enable Sales with impactful collateral and account-based programs.
• Build market leadership across AVD, Windows 365, EUC, and digital workspace.
• Develop the marketing roadmap and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage marketing budget, tech stack, agencies, vendors, and processes.
