HireClout is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead a dual-motion go-to-market strategy for a profitable B2B SaaS platform. The role partners with the CEO and executive team to shape brand, demand, and pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in a hybrid-work environment with hubs in California, Colorado and abroad.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience (VP/SVP/CMO level).
• Proven track record running a dual-motion marketing engine—SMB/PLG plus mid-market/enterprise.
• Experience repositioning or relaunching a brand and category narrative around AI or platform shift.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing marketing teams.
• Data-driven approach to demand generation, attribution, and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and category narrative, partnering with the CEO and executive team.
• Scale high-volume SMB/agency acquisition while building a true sales-led pipeline for mid-market/enterprise.
• Own pipeline targets, funnel metrics, and marketing's revenue contribution; build full-funnel motion.
• Elevate the brand to category leader; lead product marketing and launch strategy for AI products.
• Lead and grow a marketing organization across demand gen, brand, product marketing, and marketing ops.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Engineering, and Finance; be a member of the SLT.
