Job summary

Primordial Labs Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to own the full marketing function from brand to demand generation. You will translate deep technical capabilities into compelling operator-focused narratives, drive multi-stream campaigns, and lead a cross-functional team of designers, writers, and agencies.

This is a high-visibility, fully remote role demanding strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will partner with leadership, BD, and engineering to build a scalable marketing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience
• 2+ years leading a marketing function or team
• Experience building a marketing function from the ground up
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio
• Experience marketing a technical product to sophisticated buyers
• Experience directing contractors, agencies, and creative specialists
• Strong command of modern marketing tooling, including AI tools

Responsibilities

• Build and own marketing strategy translating business strategy into a plan across brand, product marketing and communications
• Set priorities, budget, metrics, and KPIs and present to leadership
• Evolve the brand across website, graphics, videos, events and social media
• Produce marketing materials: capability briefs, demo videos, white papers, case studies, one-pagers
• Write blogs, press releases, capability briefs, website copy and talking points
• Own the company’s social presence, publishing several times per week
• Design and run campaigns around product releases, demos, trade shows and milestones
• Direct designers, writers, video producers and agencies; write briefs and ensure quality
• Own marketing infrastructure: website, content engine, marketing automation, analytics, KPI reporting
• Define the marketing org needed over the next 24 months
