Primordial Labs Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager to architect the public narrative for Anura and our other technologies.

You will translate complex defense and deep-tech concepts into compelling messages for media, stakeholders, and the warfighter, shaping policy and government affairs with Hill staff and GA firms. You will work with our Marketing Director to ensure consistent voice across channels while collaborating with engineers and operators on high-impact PR strategies for national

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic communications, PR, or journalism within defense, aerospace, or deep tech.
• Able to translate engineer-speak into clear, mission-focused content.
• Mastery of AP Style and tight narrative writing under deadlines.
• Proven success pitching stories and managing inquiries in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product narrative and launch communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with defense, national security, and tech media.
• Prepare leadership for interviews, speaking engagements, and demos.
• Shape policy positioning with Hill staff and lobbying firms.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns around major events like SOF Week or AUSA.
• Align internal and external comms messaging across teams.
