Job summary

Insight Assurance (IA) is a remote-first cybersecurity audit and compliance firm. The Director of Marketing leads IA's marketing function, shaping strategy, directing a team, and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Partners to drive growth.

The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and guides demand generation, content, SEO, and ABM initiatives. The candidate will lead a high-performing team, stay hands-on when needed, and apply AI to improve speed, quality, and impact of marketing efforts

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on AI in marketing tooling and workflows.
• Experience with marketing tech and RevOps.
• Budget management and agency/vendor oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy and lead the team to execute programs.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing group.
• Hands-on campaign creation, content, and assets as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Partner Channel to align with revenue goals.
• Partner with customers and partners on co-marketing and advocacy.
• Measure performance and report results to leadership.
