Job summary

Insight Assurance is a remote-first cybersecurity audit and compliance firm founded in 2020, headquartered in Tampa, FL. The Director of Marketing leads IA's marketing function, sets strategy, directs the team, and collaborates with Sales, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Channel to drive growth.

You will lead demand generation, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, email, events, and ABM while mentoring a high-performing team and staying hands-on where needed. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 5+ years building or leading marketing teams.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing and building tools/workflows.
• Working knowledge of marketing technology and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy across demand generation, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, email, events, and account-based marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Stay hands-on with campaigns, content, and assets when needed.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Channel to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with customers and partners on co-marketing and thought leadership.
• Measure performance with data and report results to executives.
• Identify and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve speed, quality, and impact.
• Ensure all external content upholds IA's brand and professional standards.
