Insight Assurance, a remote-first cybersecurity audit and compliance firm, seeks a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, grow pipeline, and drive revenue. Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience including 5+ years leading marketing teams.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue through B2B demand generation.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing, including building tools/workflows.
• Working knowledge of marketing technology and revenue operations.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and managers.
• Collaborative, team-first approach with strong written and verbal communication.
• Sound judgment in a regulated, trust-driven market.

Insight Assurance (IA) is a remote-first cybersecurity audit and compliance firm, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Tampa, FL. We help mid-market and enterprise organizations achieve and maintain compliance across leading security and privacy frameworks.

The Director of Marketing leads IA's marketing function and is accountable for building awareness, pipeline, and revenue. You will set marketing strategy, direct the team and its programs, and collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Channel department to drive growth. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
