Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC, part of Saber Healthcare Group, seeks a Marketing Director to manage admissions flow, marketing initiatives, and hospital referrals to support census and profitability.

You will lead market penetration, build partnerships with local providers, and drive payer satisfaction while guiding a compassionate team in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have an unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Engage in hospital-based sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals and maximize census.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. The Marketing Director will primarily and regularly be engaged away from the communication location in hospitals engaging in sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals to the community.
