The RoleWe're looking for a self-driven, hands-on Director of Marketing who’s hungry to execute. You’ll take full ownership of lead generation, SEO, digital campaigns, and sales alignment. This role is for someone who knows how to roll up their sleeves, build pipeline, and make things happen.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Channel to generate leads, drive growth, and help scale our brand and marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities·Own and drive all marketing execution with a focus on lead generation, SEO, and pipeline growth
·Build and run multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, content, email, ABM, webinars) that deliver high-quality leads
·Optimize and manage our website, landing pages, and SEO strategy to boost visibility and conversions
·Align closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality, optimize the funnel, and accelerate deals
·Create content and materials for sales enablement, case studies, and outbound campaigns
·Work with channel partners and MSPs to deliver joint marketing activities that drive adoption
·Analyze performance, track KPIs, and continuously improve ROI across all initiatives
·Be proactive, resourceful, and relentless about getting things done
Requirements·3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, ideally at a growth-stage company
·Proven track record of executing lead-gen, SEO, and growth campaigns with real results
·Strong experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation
·Experience working with or through MSPs, resellers, or partner channels is a strong plus
·Ability to write, create, launch, and manage campaigns without waiting for others
·Clear communicator, great collaborator, but most importantly - a doer
·U.S. or Israel based and able to work remote and independently
