Position Overview

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with SalesFluencer’s business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with extensive experience in digital marketing, brand management, and sales strategy. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, drive client engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that positions SalesFluencer as a leader in the digital agency and sales influencer market, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
  • Brand Development: Enhance and promote the SalesFluencer brand through effective messaging, positioning, and creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Influencer Partnership Management: Identify and engage with key influencers to develop impactful marketing campaigns that drive sales and strengthen brand presence.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign decisions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic goals while measuring performance and ROI.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and client needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a digital agency or sales-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, influencer dynamics, and best practices in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
