$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead RemodelBoom’s demand generation, brand strategy, and marketing operations. You’ll report directly to the founders and play a key role in shaping how we attract, convert, and retain top-tier home improvement companies across the U.S.

You’ll oversee marketing strategy end to end—from messaging and positioning to campaign execution and performance tracking. If you’re both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience building scalable marketing engines for B2B startups, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all marketing functions, including brand, content, paid acquisition, email, and partnerships
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to drive lead generation and client acquisition
  • Build out our marketing infrastructure, tools, and systems to support rapid growth
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging, targeting, and funnel metrics
  • Create scalable campaign playbooks and drive consistent performance tracking across channels
  • Oversee creative execution and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and inform executive decision-making

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record scaling B2B marketing efforts, ideally in a startup or growth-stage company
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, analytics, paid media, and demand generation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with execution—you're just as happy planning as you are writing or analyzing a campaign
  • Experience managing or building remote teams is a plus

Pay & Work Schedule

  • Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year (based on experience)
  • Hours: Full-time | EST
  • Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based only)
  • Team Fun: Weekly online games night
  • Company Retreats: Annual trips (Cape Town last year!)
