Job description

We are a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm seeking an experienced, driven, and creative Marketing Director to lead and execute our firm's marketing strategy. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, creating, and implementing marketing initiatives from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of projects, and has a proven track record of generating measurable business growth through strategic marketing efforts. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, bringing ideas to life, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain the firm's website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for lead generation.
  • Manage and grow the firm's social media presence across appropriate platforms.
  • Strengthen and expand the firm's brand recognition locally and throughout the surrounding region.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified prospective client leads.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional pieces.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising campaigns from concept through completion, including tracking performance and return on investment.
  • Create targeted direct mail campaigns, including identifying mailing lists and audiences.
  • Vet and work with qualified vendors for printing materials; local vendors are preferred.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance metrics, providing recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Identify, organize, and coordinate networking opportunities, community involvement, sponsorships, and events that enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
  • Work closely with firm leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, communications and events comply with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements for the financial services industry.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of successful marketing experience, preferably with responsibility for developing and executing marketing campaigns that produced measurable results.
  • Experience marketing within the financial services industry, wealth management, or an RIA is a bonus.
  • Strong writing, communication, and graphic design skills.
  • Experience managing websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with marketing software, CRM systems, design platforms (such as "Adobe Creative Suite or Canva"), and website content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will be:

  • A self‑motivated professional who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
  • A hands‑on marketer who enjoys creating and executing marketing campaigns personally rather than relying on outside agencies or vendors.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive in identifying opportunities to grow the firm's brand and client base.
  • Results‑oriented, with a passion for measuring outcomes and continuously improving performance.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, collaborative, and committed to representing the firm's values in every interaction.
What We Offer
  • Full‑time, on‑site position in a collaborative and professional environment.
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's continued growth.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience. Potential bonuses based on performance.
  • Paid Time Off.
