- Lead the full marketing function spanning brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, content, digital, events, marketing operations, and business development support.
- Partner with senior leadership and business development teams to drive market visibility, client engagement, and revenue growth.
- Establish marketing priorities, processes, reporting structures, and future team needs within a fast‑moving, resource‑conscious environment.
- Manage a small team of direct reports and external vendors, agencies, designers, and marketing technology providers.
Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing:
- Build and execute account‑based marketing programs targeting priority prospects, referral sources, lending partners, brokers, and strategic accounts.

- Use data and analytics to assess campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Product Marketing & Business Development Support:
- Establish product marketing capabilities across all three business divisions, translating complex financial and technology solutions into clear, compelling messaging.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, pitch materials, presentations, case studies, one‑pagers, product sheets, and client‑facing content.
- Support cross‑selling initiatives and help articulate the full value of the company's platform to clients and prospects.
AI-Enabled Marketing & Innovation:
- Identify and implement practical AI use cases to improve marketing efficiency across content development, campaign execution, research, reporting, and sales enablement.
- Apply AI‑powered tools in a business‑relevant context while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Evaluate opportunities to enhance marketing workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting through emerging technology.
Content, Digital, Events & Communications:
- Manage content across the website, email campaigns, social media, case studies, thought leadership, and client communications.
- Plan and oversee events, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and client engagement opportunities.
- Support public relations, company announcements, award submissions, and external communications.
- Partner with HR on employer branding and recruitment‑related marketing materials.
