Job summary

Social Club Studios, LLC is seeking a GoHighLevel specialist to design and ship client funnels, snapshots, and workflows from provided designs and copy.

You will handle native GoHighLevel automation with Zapier, Make, or n8n where needed, QA forms and routing, and diagnose and repair broken builds. This fully remote role requires professional English and overlap with US afternoons (Latin America-based preferred).

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with funnels, calendars, and workflows.
• Experience integrating GoHighLevel with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship GoHighLevel builds from specifications within 30 days.
• Own funnel delivery within 90 days; ensure it works when shipped.
• Not a media buying role; build and maintain the system those ads point to.

Job description

• Landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel built from the designs and copy we provide.
• CRM pipelines, forms, calendars, custom values, snapshots, and workflows.
• Native GoHighLevel automation first, with Zapier, Make, or n8n when the job requires it.
• Quality assurance before launch across forms, triggers, notifications, and routing.
• Diagnosis and repair of broken builds without waiting to be asked.

Must-have experience

• Real client work in GoHighLevel across funnels, snapshots, workflows, custom values, and calendars.
• External integrations built with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Lead-generation funnels such as opt-in, book-a-call, and VSL funnels shipped inside GoHighLevel.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Based in Latin America and available for overlap with US afternoons.

Nice to have

• Meta Pixel and Conversions API

• Basic HTML and CSS for page-level fixes
• Agency experience across multiple accounts

What success looks like

• Within 30 days, you are shipping GoHighLevel builds from our specifications with little back-and-forth.
• Within 90 days, you own funnel delivery. If you shipped it, it works.
