Social Club Studios, LLC in Merrillville, IN is seeking a performance-driven marketer to own full-funnel lead generation campaigns for high-ticket services.

You will build and optimize book-a-call funnels, manage GoHighLevel and Hyros across multiple client accounts, and collaborate with the Creative Director to maximize CPL, ROAS, and booked calls.

The role emphasizes accountability: diagnose stalls, maintain testing velocity, and deliver measurable results month after month.

Qualifications

• You have used attribution tools for lead generation, not only ecommerce pixel ROAS.
• You have managed multiple accounts for service businesses selling in the US or Canada.
• Your case studies include spend, CPL, and booked-call rate.

• Book-a-call funnels first, with webinar and lead-magnet funnels when the strategy calls for them.
• Landing pages, automations, and attribution across GoHighLevel and Hyros.
• Meta accounts managed against CPL and ROAS targets grounded in offer price and close rate.
• Video creative in partnership with our Creative Director, plus static creative when an account needs it.

Most of your week

• Set up and improve landing pages, automations, attribution, and campaign infrastructure.
• Launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Work with creative to keep testing velocity high without sacrificing quality.
• Own the number. When leads stall, investigate the whole system before assigning blame.

• Hyros or an equivalent lead-generation attribution platform
• Meta Ads
• Agentic AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex

Must-have experience

• You have built full book-a-call funnels, not only lead-form campaigns.
• You have used attribution tools for lead generation, not only ecommerce pixel ROAS.
• You have managed multiple accounts for service businesses selling in the US or Canada.
• Your case studies include spend, CPL, and booked-call rate.
• You can keep an account moving when a dependency is late.

This is not an ecommerce role

This will not be a fit if your experience is centered on DTC, Shopify, or instant-form-to-WhatsApp campaigns. We need someone who understands full-funnel lead generation for high-ticket services.

How compensation works

On-track earnings are $3,000-$4,000 USD per month. Compensation includes a base plus performance bonuses tied to CPL, ROAS, and the ability to take on additional accounts without a drop in quality.
