The candidate should have strong SQL and Python skills, expertise in Bayesian methods and causal inference, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• Experience building Bayesian regressions or marketing measurement techniques.
• Experience designing, executing and measuring geo experiments and causal inference.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Scripting in Python.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and experimental design/analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or equivalents.
• Familiarity with marketing KPIs, metrics and growth experiments.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to execute complex analytics projects and present actionable conclusions.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse business partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and business performance
• Build models to understand the impact of marketing investments and strategy
• Identify and communicate insights and opportunities to executives and internal teams
• Perform ad-hoc analyses evaluating marketing spend efficiency
• Build reporting infrastructure and make budgeting recommendations to optimize growth
• Integrate event data with surveys, ad publishers, app store data, and other customer data sources
• Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the Marketing team
• Partner with Marketing teams across business units on marketing measurement and data-driven insights
