Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Knowledge Manager & Data Specialist to serve as the firm’s central resource for marketing data, project information, and visual assets. This role ensures data accuracy across Deltek Vantagepoint, Unanet, and OpenAsset to support proposals and business development.

The position collaborates with marketing, business development, and project teams, coordinating project photography and DAM workflows, while driving data governance and system improvements across Clayco’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or related field.
• 4–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or digital asset management.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Unanet, OpenAsset, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firmwide resource for marketing data, including project information, resumes, and pursuit content.
• Maintain data within Deltek Vantagepoint/Unanet for proposals and reporting, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage project photography and DAM workflows across teams.
• Support ongoing system improvements and integrations to streamline data flow across platforms.
