Mechanical One, LLC is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to monitor and improve performance across multiple brands and locations. You will build dashboards, track KPIs like leads, CPA, ROAS, and website traffic, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers to tell a story, is organized, curious, and able to communicate insights clearly.

Competenze

• Experience analyzing marketing data and creating dashboards.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and data storytelling.

• Track and analyze marketing performance across brands and locations.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs including lead volume, CPA, ROAS, and website metrics.
• Compare performance by brand, location, campaign, and channel.
