Job summary

Mettler-Toledo is seeking an organized Marketing Data Analyst in Florida to support reporting, lead management, CRM administration, and marketing programs. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Service to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include extracting CRM data, building dashboards, and improving data-management processes. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience, with advanced Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and analyze CRM data to evaluate campaigns.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, charts and graphs.
• Utilize Excel functions including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Text to Columns.
• Oversee lead-entry data accuracy and support Sales/Service.
• Serve as SAP Power User for pre-sales lead processes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and assign system roles.
• Manage Demonstration Bus Program data and related records.
• Prepare data for CRM uploads and identify automation opportunities.
• Improve reporting, analysis, and data-management procedures.
