Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, data analytics or financial analysis.
• Proficient in Power BI, with the ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write, execute and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data across databases.
• Experience in business intelligence tools such as Adobe Analytics, Alteryx and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency across databases and reporting platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and optimizations for the marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and prioritize appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large data sets. Translate findings into visualizations and insights that help drive business actions.
• Develop dashboards to keep stakeholders informed on key business objectives and metrics.
• Engage with the business to understand needs as well and stay informed on upcoming initiatives and goals.
• Drive understanding of marketing performance at the campaign, program, and tactical level.
• Monitor data and information management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting as needed with an eye for detail and business impact.
