Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a hands-on analytics professional to shape trusted reporting, improve data quality, and translate complex data into actionable business insights in Snowflake and Power BI.

You will maintain dashboards, write SQL, partner with marketing, retail and other teams, and help drive performance decisions with clear, scalable datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in analytics, BI, reporting, or similar data role.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake experience, and Power BI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, datasets, and metrics.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data assets.
• Investigate data to answer business questions and identify trends.
• Perform root cause analysis for reports and data pipelines.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, retail, and stakeholders.
