Job summary

Ziegler Cat seeks a Marketing Performance Analyst to join the data analytics team. You will track campaign performance, segment customers, and provide data-driven insights using Power BI, Excel, and HubSpot.

The role is hybrid and based onsite in Bloomington, MN, reporting to the Manager of Marketing Data Analytics. Ideal candidates will have a marketing/analytics background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, with a track record of success in a team environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, MN.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and HubSpot (preferred).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Performance Tracking: Create and implement templates and collection tools to track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
• Customer Segmentation: Assist in segmenting target markets and improving direct mail accuracy through detailed segmentation.
• Ad Hoc Analysis and Research: Perform ad hoc analytical requests and research projects for internal stakeholders and data cleanup programs.
• Customer and Market Analysis: Analyze internal and external customer and market information and conduct competitive research.
• Database Management and Reporting: Assess the customer database and create automated reporting with IS teams.
• Project Management: Lead the development and delivery of multiple projects and provide actionable recommendations.
