Wright Law Group, the center for excellence in the practice of commercial finance enforcement, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to enhance our practice. We work on behalf of sophisticated commercial finance clients to litigate commercial loan contracts, enforce judgments, recover collateral, and handle creditors’ side bankruptcy matters. Clients include independent finance companies, financial institutions and banks headquartered throughout the U.S.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our firm’s visibility, drive new business, and engage our employees. If you’re ready to take ownership of our marketing efforts and work closely with the firm’s leadership to implement high-impact strategies, we want to hear from you.

As a remote-first organization since 2009, we've built the processes, systems and culture to support our employees wherever they are located. No need to fear a return-to-office policy from us! You will be remote but you won't be on an island. You'll report directly to the firm’s executive team via scheduled weekly video meetings and occasional video check-ins. Monthly firm events like all-hands lunches and pizza parties (attendance is virtual, the food is real!) provide regular opportunities to mix it up with our other team members. The right person for the job is diligent, organized, and able to stay motivated and focused on getting the job done in an all remote environment.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Maximize sponsorships and partnerships: Extract value from industry association sponsorships and manage ads and content for trade publications.
  • Leverage LinkedIn effectively: Manage executive and employee profiles, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the firm’s branding. Regularly monitor attorney profiles for accuracy and engagement while optimizing the platform for competitive intelligence and networking opportunities.
  • Enhance CRM utilization: Support utilization of the firm’s CRM for tracking client relationships and marketing efforts, providing guidance to leadership on maximizing its capabilities.
  • Perform competitive research: Analyze competing firms, their clients, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Measure ROI and evaluate tools: Assess the return on investment from current and future marketing efforts, identifying ways to optimize our marketing spend.
  • Internal marketing: Communicate the firm’s vision and strategy internally to keep employees informed, inspired, and invested in their roles.
  • Recognize and energize our team: Create and execute employee recognition programs, like our “Collections Ninjas” initiative, to keep staff motivated and aligned with our vision.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Research and target new markets to support the firm’s expansion goals.
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, as well as LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling content and messaging for both internal and external audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in competitive research and market analysis is a plus.
