You will coordinate campaigns, support digital and traditional marketing, and help our brokers maximize resources. This role also collaborates on company-wide initiatives and embraces evolving technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing, communications, or project coordination.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content development.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with brokers, providing proactive marketing guidance.
• Coordinate listing marketing, personal branding, advertising, and promotions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns: social media, email, website content, video.
• Manage projects independently, ensuring deadlines and communication stay on track.
• Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and departments to execute initiatives.
• Assist with advertising coordination, marketing materials, and vendor relationships.
• Track basic campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support broker education, events, sponsorships, and special projects.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows and effectiveness.
