Compass seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team that shapes all of our agents’ marketing and branding projects, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking. At Compass, our agents are our brand and vice versa.

You will collaborate with in-house marketing, agent experience, & creative teams to deliver cohesive brand campaigns and assets for seller and buyer clients. This role is in-office in Denver (Cherry Creek).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience in a professional setting.
• Ability to float between Cherry Creek and other Denver offices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all marketing deliverables.
• Social media savvy with a focus on Instagram.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proven project management and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in client or account service environments is a plus.
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brands is a plus.
• Proficient with Apple, Google, and Microsoft office tools.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes.
• Provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts more effective as their accountability partner.
• Coordinate delivery of custom design projects with Compass’s design team.
• Monitor and analyze agents’ marketing initiatives and results.
• Develop marketing plans that optimize agents’ budgets and ROI.
• Execute activations across branding, print, digital, social media, photography, video, and direct mail.
