Compass is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Pasadena to support real estate agents with project management and strategic marketing across branding, digital, print, and social channels. The role is 100% in-office with a split location footprint in La Canada Flintridge and Pasadena.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver on-brand campaigns, manage Zendesk tickets, and craft templated assets using InDesign and Canva. 1–3 years of experience and strong communication are required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience producing marketing content in-house or at an agency.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe InDesign for design work.
• Experience with Workfront and Zendesk project management software is a strong plus.
• Highly proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Responsabilidades

• Traffic control: assign projects in Zendesk based on bandwidth, urgency, and scope.
• End-to-end execution: manage marketing requests from concept to completion with design oversight and vendor coordination.
• Asset creation: assemble templated creatives using InDesign and Compass systems, on-brand output.
• Lead monthly sales meetings and workshops to share Compass tips and marketing strategies.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies across branding, print, digital, social media, direct mail, video, and paid media.
• Oversee social media for the La Cañada Flintridge office and ensure brand integrity.
