Compass, Inc. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team that shapes agents' marketing and branding projects, from concepts through implementation and tracking. This role is office-based in Chapel Hill, NC, collaborating with our in-house marketing and creative teams nationwide.

You will assist with asset execution, day-to-day marketing needs, vendor relationships, and cross-office projects while driving efficiencies and delivering high-quality client service for agents and the Compass brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Marketing experience.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Adept project manager with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media/online marketing platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist agents with execution of their marketing assets using InDesign and internal design team.
• Assist agents with day-to-day marketing needs and timely responses to queries.
• Source and maintain relationships with local vendors for agent and company needs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute needs of agents across offices.
• Monitor ongoing marketing efforts and analyze results to inform future activities.
