Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support project pursuits and marketing programs in Vienna, VA. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and requires a self-starter with accountability, time-management skills, and flexibility; AEC industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include coordinating marketing collateral, managing photography and the photo library, maintaining the marketing database, and assembling custom packages for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3 years' experience in marketing with a professional services firm.
• A/E/C industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project pursuits and client relationship maintenance (RFPs/RFQs).
• Coordinate formatting of marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, descriptions).
• Maintain photo library and photography scheduling/contracts.
• Maintain marketing database and conduct reporting/audits as needed.
• Prepare and assemble high-quality packages for internal stakeholders.
• Educate employees on marketing tools and systems.
