Job Summary




Use your exceptional organizational and communication skills to plan and manage tradeshow logistics, coordinate various projects, and support the marketing, distributor, and field sales teams across a range of marketing activities-leveraging project planning tools to ensure smooth execution. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Excel, SharePoint) and the ability to facilitate the execution of competing priorities across multiple projects are essential for success in this role.

For this role, the candidate will need to be located within Central or Eastern Time Zones






Key Duties




    Event coordination: Plan and execute Meridian Life Science's participation in tradeshows, including managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables. This includes coordinating with sales and marketing teams, as well as tradeshow vendors, to develop and implement promotional activities before, during, and after each event.
  • Post-event coordination: Conduct post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, lead generation metrics (ensuring leads are loaded into the CRM for sales follow), and ROI evaluation. Report on event performance and recommendations for future attendance.
  • Project Coordination: Support the marketing team with project coordination using a project management tool (Monday, Smartsheets etc.), assist with project planning, timelines and budgets. Facilitate the project schedule, track timelines and identify potential issues to ensure projects stays on track and meets deadlines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party projects: Ensure projects are tracking on-time and vendor is meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate Marketing and Sales Collateral: Includes the printing of marketing materials, ordering giveaways, sales enablement materials, or items for tradeshows etc
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.





Qualifications




  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant business to business (B2B) professional experience in marketing, event planning preferably in the Life Science and/or Diagnostic industry.
  • Superior organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands whilst operating under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, as well as the capability of working independently with guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience working with tradeshow vendors on sponsorship packages and opportunities
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Monday, Smartsheet, Trello, Jira etc.)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is desired
  • Travel
  • 25-30% travel may be required.
